As announced on the 6th May Wali Al-Asr convention 2018, MUS Imamiyah Council launched multiple initiatives to help the Shia community of all ages and experiences with ways of progressing their careers, one of the key initiatives is CVs/Resume.
A Curriculum Vitae (CV) is one of the key products that someone looking for a job has to market themselves with.
Many people struggle with creating an optimised CV that will attract the employer/Recruitment agency in this modern age, on average a recruiter at the first review will only look at a CV for 7 seconds, this shows that the formatting and keywords are super important.
Also important to know, is that jobs websites use algorithms to scan CVs for the best combination of keywords, skills. Even if someone has the experience, the automated process may not even shortlist their CV for consideration.
